Highlander Mock Trial

College Mock Trial is a competition based activity where members will have the opportunity to play attorneys and witnesses in simulated civil and criminal trials. During each season, programs receive case materials, form teams, and compete against other universities on both sides of the case. If you're interested in expanding your public speaking skills, argumentation, and confidence, this is the place for you!

Highlander Mock Trial has been an established student organization on UCR campus for over 15 years. During that time, it has been our mission to teach legal procedure, grow necessary skills, and establish impactful connections while competing against other universities. No matter your major or career interests, our program will give you skills needed to prepare you for the future.
